Flea treatment: £160.00.  Revisit if required £90.00. (3 Bedroom House, extra rooms charged at £25.00 per room).

Live Honey Bee Removal (Subject to quotation for swarm removal if found to be Mason/Mining Bees, no treatment will be carried out and a £30.00 admin fee will be incurred.

Pigeons: Free survey, subject to quotation for treatment.

Squirrel infestation: 2 visits £240.00. Further visits £80.00

Cockroaches: £240.00 inclusive of 14 day 2nd visit.

Bedbugs: £400.00 inclusive of 2nd visit.  Further visits from £180.00.

Woodworm/termites: Subject to specific site quotation.

General insects: from £140.00. ( Include silverfish, Carpet Beetle, Stored food product Beetles).

Flying Insects: Subject to specific site quotation.

Attic noise investigation £80.00.

Pest Inspection: 2 Visits £100.00

Key Collection/Drop Off: £20.00 (within Greater Manchester).

1.1          Standard working hours for all contracts shall be 8am-6pm Monday to Thursday, Friday 7.30am- 1630pm (excluding public holidays). All times outside these hours will be classified as ‘Out of Hours’.

1.2          Out of hours coverage can be provided, together with a service covering public holidays, including Christmas and New Year, if required and subject to separate ToR and agreed Contractual Terms.
